Clinical services

Liberty House offers a variety of clinical services to assist an individual in achieving their recovery goals. First and foremost a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Plan is developed. This plan takes a look at every aspect of the individual’s life. Goals and objectives are developed that will assist the individual in removing barriers that are keeping them from reaching their full potential. On-going Clinical Assessment and Evaluation is offered to assist an individual in recognizing symptoms, symptom management, interfacing with psychiatrist and therapist and to coordinate case management needs.

To augment these services, a variety of Groups are offered to discuss, share, problem solve and assist fellow members on the road to recovery! They include: Employment Group, Support Group, Community Education Group, Symptom Management Group and Relationship Group, to name a few!
